Support Groups

Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) welcomes moms who are expecting, or have infants, toddlers or preschooler. These gatherings give moms a chance to share, learn and support each other. There are MOPS groups in both Centralia and Chehalis.

The Family Support Network assists parents and families with resources for education, employment and quality of life for people with special needs. Parent to Parent provides emotional support for parents of children with special needs and plans social activities and recreational events for families.

Free Monthly Breastfeeding Support Group – Lewis County Public Health offers a safe community to share questions and concerns about breastfeeding. No reservation required, call the WIC Breastfeeding Helpline for more information – 360-520-5250. Held the second Wednesday of the month from 11-Noon at the WIC Office.

In-Tot – The Infant-Toddler Developmental Center offers support to children with developmental delays ages birth to three and their families.
